3. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

  • Log into your VORTEX account
  • Navigate to "My Orders"
  • Select the item you wish to return
  • Click "Request Return" and select reason
  • Print the prepaid return label (where available)

Step 2: Package the Item

  • Use original packaging if possible
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Attach the return label to the package
  • Include the return authorization number

Step 3: Ship the Return

  • Drop off at designated carrier location
  • Keep tracking information for your records
  • Allow 5-7 business days for delivery to vendor

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Inspection Period:

  • Items inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt
  • Email notification sent upon inspection completion
  • Approved returns processed for refund immediately

4.2 Refund Timeframes:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. We'll expedite shipping on exchange orders when possible.
