3. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Return
- Log into your VORTEX account
- Navigate to "My Orders"
- Select the item you wish to return
- Click "Request Return" and select reason
- Print the prepaid return label (where available)
Step 2: Package the Item
- Use original packaging if possible
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Attach the return label to the package
- Include the return authorization number
Step 3: Ship the Return
- Drop off at designated carrier location
- Keep tracking information for your records
- Allow 5-7 business days for delivery to vendor
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Inspection Period:
- Items inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Email notification sent upon inspection completion
- Approved returns processed for refund immediately
4.2 Refund Timeframes:

- PayPal: 3-5 business days

5. Exchanges
